Collection and processing of data
When visiting our website, our web server automatically saves information in so-called server log files. These are automatically transmitted from your browser to us. The transmitted data concerns browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, date and time of the server request and IP address.
The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, which governs the processing of personal data for the legitimate interests of DEVK Re in consideration of your interests and fundamental rights.
A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use.
SSL-Encryption
DEVK Re uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your data managed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. Most browsers will show you whether the security protocol is supported with a message or a lock icon in the status bar.
Right to information, right to rectification, cancellation or restriction
You may request information about the personal data stored about you and, under certain conditions, its rectification or deletion (Art. 15). You also have the right to disclose the information you provide in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
In addition, subject to certain conditions, you may request the correction, erasure or restriction of the processing of your personal data (Articles 16 to 18).
Right of objection
If we process your data in order to safeguard legitimate interests, you may object to this processing if your particular situation gives rise to reasons that speak against the processing of data.

Your personal data will only be used in accordance with the declarations of consent you have given and the statutory admissibility rules.
